Question by : What codec do i need to watch avi files on windows media player?
I used hjsplit to join the files to an avi file but it won’t work, it says it needs a codec or something? Usually avi files work but the file wont work now. Do you think it is because of hjsplit?

You dont need hjsplit to play avi files…if anything, dont mess with the data composition of the file. Just download Divx Player or the k-lite codec pak. That simple.
