VH FLV Writer is a DirectShow-based filter which can on-the-fly compose and write video & audio streams to FLV file. The VH FLV Writer filter support file changing when graph is running.
Also the video settings (bitrate, only h263 compression), audio settings (bitrate, sample rate, mono/stereo, only mp3 compression).
